Loved hiking nearby, even though I almost got lost. Surprised to find a garden and parking, I guess they don't want guests to sleep in their cars. Free WiFi was a pleasant surprise too. Oh, and they had a washing machine! Score!
Shower instructions MIA. I guess they expect everyone to be a plumbing expert.

What a mind-blowing location! The close proximity to the pub where we had a super, jaw-dropping meal was just amazing. The stunning view from the cottage is absolutely breathtaking, especially the misty hills/mountains in the morning. The interior of the cottage fulfilled all our comfort needs, with an excellent shower. The cleanliness and comfort of the house and facilities were top notch. We also appreciated the free wi-fi, free parking, and the well-equipped kitchen with electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for relaxing after a day of hiking or golfing. The option for a VIP check-in/-out made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleased to find out that there is a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and even toys for the kids. Plus, the fact that the cottage is pet-friendly is a big plus. a fantastic stay with no smoking on site.

The location was perfect for us to go hiking in the stunning Dumfries & Galloway area. We were also stoked to find out that it's just 50 km away from the Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club, so we got our golf fix too. The cottage itself was dope, with all the comfy vibes we needed. And let's not forget the mind-blowing shower that made us feel like we were at a fancy spa. Talk about luxury!
If there's one thing we wish was better, it's that we wanted more options for young party peeps like us. It would have been awesome if the cottage had some sick entertainment like a dope sound system or a game room to amp up the party vibes.

The view from the cottage was absolutely stunning, with misty hills and mountains that took our breath away. The interior of the cottage was also beautiful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing and invigorating experience.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the lack of a handrail on the stairs made it quite worrying, especially when carrying luggage up and down.

The hiking trails nearby were sick, bro. We climbed those mountains like absolute champs and the views were straight fire. And let me tell you, the cottage itself was next level. All the comforts we needed and that shower, man, it was epic. Definitely gave us the ultimate vacation vibes.
But if I had to pick one thing to make it even more dope, it would be having a nearby party scene. We were all about that good time, and it would have been wicked if there was a cool club or bar nearby where we could have turned up.

The hiking nearby was so invigorating, I felt like I was a part of the Scottish wilderness. The free private parking was a nice touch, I love not having to worry about finding a spot for my car. The washing machine was a godsend, no dirty clothes to bring back home!
Oh, how I adored the smell of heating oil at the back of the house. It really added to the ambiance of my stay.
